The Consultation
A complimentary private conversation — in our Hartford studio, at your venue shortlist, or by video. We listen for the feeling you want your guests to leave with, map your non-negotiables, and give you an honest budget range on the spot. No pressure, no jargon, no obligation.
The Proposal
Within three business days you receive a detailed proposal: scope, itemized investment, planning timeline, and the name of the lead planner who will own your event from start to finish. Everything in writing; nothing hidden.
The Design Narrative
We compose your event's creative concept — palette, florals, lighting, layout, music arc, and the moments that will anchor the memory. You'll see it, react to it, and shape it before a single vendor is booked.
Venue & Vendor Curation
We shortlist venues that fit the vision and budget, walk them with you, and negotiate terms. Then we cast the vendor team — caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment — from a network we've vetted event after event.
Production Management
Contracts, payment schedules, tastings, fittings, rentals, permits, insurance. You get a live planning dashboard and a standing check-in call, so you always know exactly where things stand — without chasing anyone.
The Final Month
We build the minute-by-minute run of show, confirm every vendor twice, choreograph the rehearsal, and lock contingency plans for weather, transport, and technology. By event week, your only job is to sleep well.
The Day
Our team arrives first and leaves last. We direct setup, cue every transition, solve problems before they reach you, and quietly hand you the day you imagined. You will be a guest at your own event.
The Follow-Through
Vendor reconciliation, gratuity distribution, rental returns, and a final wrap report. Then we archive your design file — because when the next milestone comes, we'll already know your taste.
